My name is Dr. Christina Parker and my team and I enjoy making a positive impact in the lives of my clients.<\/span><\/h2>\n

We work with clients to help them take the necessary steps to achieve their highest aspirations for their lives and to understand the importance of having a work-life balance. Between juggling heavy workloads, managing relationships and family responsibilities, and participating in extracurricular activities, research suggest that more than one in four people describe themselves as \u201csuper stressed. It’s easy to forget that as our stress levels spike, our productivity declines. We live in a society where “getting it all done” at work and at home is considered a priority. Stress can interfere with our concentration, make us irritable or depressed, and harm our personal and professional relationships. Over time, stress weakens our immune systems, and makes us susceptible to a variety of ailments . The newest research shows that chronic stress can actually double our risk of having a heart attack. <\/span>When individuals\u00a0are happy and have a work-life balance, they are more productive, take fewer days off work\u00a0and are more likely to stay in their jobs.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>My team’s goal as Business Coaches is to help our clients create a plan to establish a work-life balance.<\/span><\/p>\n
